1. Introduction:
The Top10vienna.com top10 Vienna Contests (the "Sweepstakes") is a game of chance promotion sponsored by Top10vienna.com ("Sponsor"), owned by an entity in Sarasota, Florida. The prize drawings will have one (1) Grand Prize winner unless otherwise noted in the Sweepstakes description. It is open to legal residents of Austria and individuals physically present in Austria at the time of entry, aged 18 or older.

2. Timing:
The "Sweepstakes Period" is open to enter from the 1st of each month, 12:00:01 am Eastern Time ("ET"), start date ("Sweepstakes-Start") - until the last day of each month, 11:59:59 pm ET, end date ("Sweepstakes-End"). Top10vienna.com server is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

3. Eligibility:
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Austria and individuals physically present in Austria at the time of entry, aged 18 or older, except where prohibited by law.” Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and each of their spouses regardless of where they live) or members of the household of Top10vienna.com business partners, advertising, design, web development, web hosting, production agencies, print design/production agencies, and others connected with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win.

4. How to Enter:
The Sweepstakes is available only online. Visit www.Top10vienna.com, follow the entry directions, and complete the free registration with a valid name and email address for which you are the authorized user. Limit: One entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period. "Authorized user" is the person assigned to the email address by an internet access provider or organization. In the case of a dispute, entries will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the email. Entries submitted via automated means (e.g., scripts, bots) or made in violation of these rules will be disqualified.

5. Winner Selection:
One (1) Grand Prize Winner is selected via a randomized computer process from all eligible entries within 1 day after the Sweepstakes-End. The winner will be notified via email and must respond within ten (10) business days. Failure to respond will result in losing the right to the prize, and the Sponsor may choose not to award the prize.

6. Prizes:
Only the prizes listed in the entry page of each sweepstakes will be awarded. Prizes are awarded "as is," with no warranties, and Sponsor is not responsible for product or service quality after delivery. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged.

7. General:
The Sponsor's decisions on the Sweepstakes, including the selection and verification of winners, are final. The Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or delays due to internet problems, viruses, human errors, or force majeure. Sponsor may cancel or modify the Sweepstakes due to fraud, technical failures, or legal requirements beyond its control, ensuring no prejudice to entrants’ legitimate entries. Disqualification may occur for those attempting to enter using fraudulent methods.

8. Release:
By entering the Sweepstakes, participants release the Sponsor and related entities from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance and use of prizes.

9. Taxes:
Winners are responsible for any taxes related to the prize.

10. General Conditions:
All federal, state, and local laws apply. If any part of the Sweepstakes violates a law, that provision will be amended to comply, and the rest of the rules will remain in effect.

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Austria, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Vienna, Austria.
