The owner Frank spent his entire life bar-tending at the best cocktail bars in Germany as well as in Vienna. The name of the bar has been inspired by the movie character Agent Oscar Wallace in "The Untouchables". Frank, a professional bartender for over 30 years, and his team are mixing the perfect drink no matter what you crave. One of the highlights among the cocktails you should try is Whisky Sour!
